Founder and CEO
Khris Thetsy is a serial entrepreneur, strategic investor, and the Founder of iCFO Capital, LLC. He brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience as a Chief Financial Officer, combined with extensive hands-on expertise in business management, sales, business development, and marketing.
Throughout his career, Khris has served in executive financial and operational roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Corporate Chief Accounting Officer for both privately held and publicly traded companies. His experience spans multiple industries, including telecommunications, eCommerce, software, and food manufacturing, giving him a broad, cross-sector perspective on building, scaling, and optimizing businesses.
Khris’s senior financial management background includes the design and implementation of complex financial operations, corporate governance structures, and capital strategies. He has played a critical role in raising capital for early-stage startups, small entrepreneurial ventures, and high-growth companies, helping management teams navigate fundraising, financial planning, and long-term growth initiatives. Through iCFO Capital, he continues to advise founders and executives on capital formation, strategic finance, and investor alignment, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a global investor network.
