Business Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

By participating in our Business Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Non-Cash Redemption: The credit issued through the Business Referral Program cannot be redeemed for cash or any form of monetary compensation. Eligibility: The Business Referral Program is open to individuals and entities. Qualified referrals must be U.S. companies. Qualified Leads: A qualified lead must be a U.S. company actively seeking capital or requiring investor relations services. The referred company must have a current working relationship with the referring party. The contact information provided for the referred company must be accurate and valid. Referral Process: Referrals can be submitted through our designated referral portal or as directed by our team. Each referral must include complete and accurate information about the referred company. Credit Issuance: Upon successful verification of the qualified lead's information, a $500 credit will be issued to the referring party. The credit may take up to 30 days to be issued from the date of successful verification. The credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be used for our services. Usage of Credit: The credit earned through the referral program can be applied to any of our services. The credit cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions. Referral Verification: All referred companies will be contacted and verified by our team to ensure their eligibility. The decision of our team regarding the qualification of leads is final. Expiration: The issued credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Any unused credit will expire after the one-year period.
