Khris Thetsy is the founder of iCFO Capital and brings more than a decade of  experience as a Chief Financial Officer to the company. His senior financial management experience has led to planning and implementation of financial operations including raising capital for small entrepreneurial companies, start-up firms, and expanding growth companies.  Mr.Thetsy's efforts consistently improve the bottom line through careful analysis, identification, adjustment and implementation of efficient business practices.

Mr. Walton brings 21 years of sales, marketing and project management experience to the executive leadership team for iCFO Capital.  Following careers at IBM and Sempra Energy, Derek created and produced commercials for Tabasco, Quaker Oats, Career Builder, and Volkswagen.  After working with advertising agencies DDB LA and DDB Dallas, in 2001 Derek merged Cornerstone Records and Hangman Films to create CSMG Marketing & Advertising in La Jolla, CA, to create a full service integrated marketing agency offering marketing plan consulting & development, PR, SEO, and internet video.  During this time Derek joins forces with iCFO Capital to provide oversight on the Board of Advisors.

As a Sales and Marketing professional, Mr. Moore has been consulting with companies in a wide variety of industries for the past 10 years developing innovative programs and growth strategies, including: Development, launch, and growth of a national online real estate title and escrow program, Restructuring of sales and marketing strategy for multiple small and large businesses, Strategic planning and start-up of several successful growing businesses, and Development of online sales platforms for two multi-million dollar corporations.  Industries that Mr. Moore has worked in include: real estate, whole foods, commercial landscape, finance, textiles, heavy equipment, non-profit, and construction.  

Steve hails from Colorado, with business experience spanning over three decades.  He has been involved in facilitating over 100 corporate merger, acquisition and ESOP transactions.  Steve is currently acting as an advisor and consultant in the areas of transactional structures, integration marketing, business development, finance and valuations.

Ms. Koh has over 10 years business development including building relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and small business. She currently assists in introducing businesses and their investment offerings and manages iCFO  relationships with Accredited Investors, Angel Investors, and Investment Bankers who are interested in pre-qualified investment opportunities.
